These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers.

We offer design objects, furniture, home accessories and made-to-order products. Product descriptions, materials, dimensions, prices and estimated delivery times are shown on the respective product pages. Small variations in colour, surface, finish or material may occur, especially in handmade or small-batch products.

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected product. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or start processing the order. If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payment already made.

All prices are shown in euros. The final price, including applicable shipping costs, will be shown at checkout before payment. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, quantity and delivery destination. The prices shown in our shipping table refer to the shipping cost for one item. For larger quantities, the final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment. Shipping is currently available within Germany and the EU.

For shipping to countries outside the EU, please contact us by email or Instagram before placing an order. Shipping options, costs and delivery times will be checked individually.

Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page or in the shipping information. Products available in stock are usually shipped within the stated delivery time. Made-to-order products require additional production time.

  • Made-to-order or custom-made products that are produced according to individual specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  • This applies especially to products configured individually in terms of size, modules, finish, installation context or other customer-specific requirements.
  • If you are unsure whether a product is considered custom-made, please contact us before placing your order.

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Further information can be found on our separate Right of Withdrawal page.

  • Returned items should be unused, undamaged and without visible signs of use. Please return the item in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • If a returned item shows signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to check its condition, characteristics and function, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • If the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us by email before returning it.
  • After we have received and checked your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refundable.
  • Original standard shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with the right of withdrawal.
  • If a returned item shows signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to check its condition, characteristics and function, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order online. Please note that returned items must meet our return conditions.

  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will review the case and inform you about the next steps.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
