If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided valid proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Returned goods will be checked after arrival. You are liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the condition, characteristics and function of the goods. In this case, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
