All orders are shipped with track & trace. You will receive an email with your tracking number.
Return
Return Policy
- You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order.
- Returned items should be unused, undamaged and without visible signs of use. Please return the item in its original packaging whenever possible.
- If a returned item shows signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to check its condition, characteristics and function, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us by email before returning it.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order online.
Refunds
- After we have received and checked your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refundable. Original standard shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with the right of withdrawal.
- If a returned item shows signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to check its condition, characteristics and function, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
How to Return?
- To return an item, please contact us by email before sending it back. Please include your order number and the email address used for your order so we can process your return.
- After receiving your request, we will send you the return instructions and return address.
- Please pack the item carefully, ideally in its original packaging or the shipping carton in which you received it. Make sure the item is well protected during return shipping.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please use a tracked shipping service and keep your tracking number until we have confirmed receipt of the return.
- Refunds will be processed after we have received and checked the returned item.
